# Les Archives

Cette documentation décrit les méthodes pour se connecter aux Archives de la PIQv, auxquelles vous avez accès en lecture seule.

Sous Windows, deux approches sont proposées :

- **SSHFS**, un montage du système de fichiers distant qui permet d’accéder aux données comme à un disque local ;
- **FileZilla**, une connexion orientée transfert de fichiers.

Sous macOS, seule la solution FileZilla est retenue, pour des raisons de simplicité de mise en place.

### SSHFS

Cette méthode nécessite l’installation de trois composants : [SSHFS-Win](https://github.com/winfsp/sshfs-win "SSHFS-Win"), [WinFsp](https://github.com/winfsp/winfsp "WinFsp") et [SSHFS-Win Manager](https://github.com/evsar3/sshfs-win-manager "SSHFS-Win Manager").

1. Cliquez sur ce lien pour les télécharger : [https://sdrive.cnrs.fr/s/izgSs8MA9oJ9FJG](https://sdrive.cnrs.fr/s/izgSs8MA9oJ9FJG)
2. Puis installez les en double cliquant. Attention à l'ordre : 
    1. D'abord **sshfs-win**,
    2. Puis **winfsp**
    3. Et en fin, **sshfs-win**-**manager**

Lancez **SSHFS-Win Manager**, soit depuis le raccourci sur le Bureau, soit en le recherchant dans la liste des applications. Voici à quoi resemble l'interface :

3\. Sauvegardez en cliquant sur Save.

2\. #### Extras

- Pour modifier une connexion existante, activez le mode édition (Edit Mode), puis cliquez sur le bouton [![1-sshfs.png](https://doc.imev-mer.fr/uploads/images/gallery/2025-03/scaled-1680-/1-sshfs.png)](https://doc.imev-mer.fr/uploads/images/gallery/2025-03/1-sshfs.png) . Une fois finalisé l'édition, désactivez le mode.
- Si vous souhaitez lancer le logiciel au lancement de Windows, cliquez sur *Settings* et activez *STARTUP WITH WINDOWS*.

### Filezilla

Téléchargez l’application depuis le [site officiel ](https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?show_all=1)

Une fois installée, il suffit d'ouvrir le Gestionnaire de Sites/Site Manager (icône la plus à gauche dans la barre d'outils) et saisissez les paramètres suivants :

# Les données en Production

### Ajouter les informations d'identification (facultatif)

Cette étape facultative vous permettra de connecter plusieurs lecteurs du même réseau sans avoir à saisir vos identifiants à chaque utilisation.

1. Ouvrir le **Panneau de configuration &gt;**  **Comptes d’utilisateurs &gt;** **Gestionnaire d’informations d’identification**
2. Ajouter une nouvelle entrée
    
    
    - Cliquer sur **Informations d’identification Windows**
    - Sélectionner **Ajouter des informations d’identification Windows**

3\. Renseigner les détails :

- - **Adresse réseau** : `nas-imev-piqv.local.imev-mer.fr`
    - **Nom d’utilisateur** : `piqv@local.imev-mer.fr`
    - **Mot de passe** : saisir le mot de passe associé au compte **piqv**

4\. Valider, cliquer sur **OK.**

### Comment se connecter a l'espace de production

Pour cela, il faut ouvrir l'Explorateur et ce positionner sur **Ce PC**. L'option **Connecter un lecteur réseau** est accessible avec un clic droit sur **Ce PC** dans la fenêtre de l'Explorateur.

Un assistant s'exécute. Il faudra **choisir une lettre de lecteur** (pas encore utilisé, si vous avez des autres lecteurs) et **préciser le chemin réseau vers le partage** à associer au lecteur réseau.

Le chemin réseau vers le données en production est

**\\\\nas-imev-piqv.local.imev-mer.fr\\data-piqv\\piqv\\***nom\_du\_projet*

Avec le nom du project souhaité :

- **flowcam**
- **zooscan**
- **uvp5\_missions**
- **uvp6\_missions**
- **uvp\_dvlpt**
- **uvp\_reglages**
- **ifcb**
- **embrc**
- **other**

Deux autres options sont disponibles (à cocher) :

- **Se reconnecter lors de la connexion** : pour que le lecteur réseau soit toujours accessible dans "Ce PC" même après avoir redémarrer l'ordinateur.
- **Se connecter à l'aide d'informations d'identification différentes** : Si vous devez accéder au partage réseau avec un compte différent de celui utilisé sur votre session Windows, vous devrez entrer manuellement les identifiants de ce compte.  
    Par exemple, depuis votre PC personnel (et non un ordinateur des instruments PIQv), saisissez les identifiants de l’utilisateur **piqv** si vous avez besoin des droits de lecture/écriture.

Cliquez sur "**Terminer**", le lecteur réseau va être connecté et il va s'afficher dans l'Explorateur de Windows

### Comment se connecter ?

Pour cela, il faut ouvrir l'Explorateur et ce positionner sur "**Ce PC**". L'option "**Connecter un lecteur réseau**" est accessible en cliquant sur le bouton "**...**" dans l'Explorateur de fichiers.

Un assistant s'exécute. Il faudra **choisir une lettre de lecteur et préciser le chemin réseau vers le partage à associer au lecteur réseau, par exemple**

**<span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Deux autres options sont disponibles (à cocher) et choisir:</span>**

- **se connecter à l'aide d'informations d'identification différentes** : pour se connecter sur le partage distant saisir le login et le mot de passe communiqué par la pim

Cliquez sur "**Terminer**", le lecteur réseau va être connecté et il va s'afficher dans l'Explorateur de Windows

- Saisissez l’adresse réseau de l’ordinateur ou du serveur dans le champ Adresse du serveur, voici un exemple : `smb://<span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">regalec.local.imev-mer.fr/localdata</span>`
- Cliquez ensuite sur Se connecter.
- Sélectionnez votre mode de connexion au Mac :
    
    
    - *Utilisateur référencé :* **login / mot de passe**
- Si nécessaire, saisissez vos nom d’utilisateur et mot de passe, puis sélectionnez les volumes de serveur ou les dossiers partagés.
